Where the figures come from

The unit count, built-up areas, car park allocations, tenure, completion date and price range are taken from the developer’s approved advertisement, which carries the National Housing Department’s approval notice. Developer’s licence 13619/08-2027/1268(A); advertising and sale permit 13619-6/03-2029/0249(N)-(S).

What is deliberately not stated

Some figures are contested between the developer’s own documents, or absent from all of them. Rather than pick the flattering one, this page says nothing. Ask and it will be confirmed in writing.

• "The first serviced apartment in Pantai Sentral Park". Suites I came first. The claim only holds for the Enlace brand as a whole, so it is not used as written.
• Shuttle service. Not mentioned on the page at all. Never write it as an existing service.
• Reproducing the Bumiputera discount. Resolved here by reproducing the statutory block verbatim and never using the figure in copy. The agent should still confirm this is what the developer wants.
• Remaining units and the current release. Checked online 2026-08-27: third-party coverage calls it a final developer-unit stage and quotes entry at ~RM760k, which matches the declared RM758,400. Nobody publishes how many are left, and nobody could — it changes weekly. This one only the developer can answer, and it is the single most common question a buyer asks. Ask before launch.
• Prices quoted on other Enlace sites. Found 2026-08-27. That range matches neither Suites II's declared prices nor Suites I's (RM783,600 – RM2,321,800), so it is stale or an earlier phase. Flagged only so nobody "corrects" this page against it: the statutory block is the price a buyer can hold the developer to.

Imagery

Every render is an artist’s impression. Finishes, landscaping, furniture and views are indicative and are not part of what is sold unless the sale and purchase agreement says so.

Errors

If something here is wrong, tell me and it will be corrected. That is a better outcome for everyone than a buyer discovering it later.
