How many homes, and how many on my floor?
290 in total across levels 8 to 38. The tower narrows as it rises: twelve homes to a floor from 9 to 22, eight from 23 to 32, and six from 33 to 38. The higher you go, the fewer neighbours share your lift lobby.
What is on the facilities floor?
Twenty-three things, all on Level 8 — a 50-metre lap pool, a children's pool and playground, a water garden, a hammock garden, a secret garden, a reflexology garden, a meditation pavilion, a gym, a co-working studio, a gourmet kitchen, a BBQ pavilion, a terrace lounge and a multi-purpose atrium among them.
