Where the tower sits

Pantai Sentral Park is a 58-acre township bordering the 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi forest reserve. Enlace Suites II is in the Enlace precinct, behind the Enlace Shoppes retail block and two office buildings, CO 1 and CO 2. The residential entrance is separate from the shops and offices.

For example, KTM Pantai Dalam lies to the south-east, 860 m away on the OpenStreetMap walking route. Every walking time on this page follows OpenStreetMap walking routes, and every road distance follows OpenStreetMap road routes.

The location map above labels LRT Universiti as KL Gateway-University.

The nearest MRT station in service today is Kuchai on the Putrajaya Line, 4.7 km by road. The station that would matter most for this address is only proposed: an MRT3 Circle Line station at Pantai Dalam, to be integrated with the KTM stop, with a proposed elevated pedestrian bridge of about 260 m from Enlace Phase 1. The Circle Line is not yet under construction.

For example, a commuter to KL Sentral today walks 12 minutes to KTM Pantai Dalam and takes the KTM Komuter Tanjung Malim–Port Klang Line, which runs through KL Sentral. By car, KL Sentral is 6.6 km away.

Why some trips are shorter on foot

Drivers enter and leave through the purpose-built Pantai Sentral Park Interchange, which has three entry points and two exit points. The road route loops round through that network, so a short walk can be a much longer drive.

For example, KTM Pantai Dalam is 860 m on foot but 3.1 km by road. The Scott Garden is 2.2 km on foot and 5.4 km by road, and KMI Taman Desa Medical Centre is 2.3 km on foot and 6.2 km by road.

Malls and daily shopping

Inside the township, Enlace Shoppes is targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028 and an official opening in 2029, with Jaya Grocer as the anchor tenant and Anytime Fitness as the junior anchor. Until then, the nearest malls are in Bangsar South.

For example, a weekly grocery run before 2029 means 2.9 to 3.8 km by road to Bangsar South or KL Gateway Mall. Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall are 5.0 to 6.1 km by road, while Amcorp Mall and Jaya Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya are 6.4 to 7.4 km.

Hospitals

By road, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur (4.5 km) and Assunta Hospital (4.7 km) are the closest hospitals on this list. KMI Taman Desa Medical Centre is the closest on foot, 31 minutes, yet 6.2 km by road.

For example, a check-up at University Malaya Medical Centre is a 5.9 km drive, and at Hospital Picaso in Petaling Jaya 8.1 km. LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre and International Specialist Eye Centre are also in the area.

Schools and universities

Within a 40-minute walk there are a national secondary school, a national primary school, a Chinese primary school and three international schools. Universiti Malaya and MAHSA University are about 6 km by road.

For example, a family choosing Garden International School faces an 11.5 km drive each way; Campus Rangers International School is 2.9 km by road. Alice Smith School and Sri Desa International School are also within reach by car. Parcel 13 of the township is planned as an education hub with K–12 schooling, a university college, a nursery and student hostels.

Highways and getting into the city

The township links to the NPE, Federal Highway, LDP, KL–Putrajaya Expressway, SPE and MRR2, plus Jalan Kerinchi and Jalan Templer.

By road, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in Bukit Bintang is about 10.1 km away and the Petronas Twin Towers in KL City Centre about 10.4 km.

For example, to catch a flight at KLIA, either drive about 59 km to KLIA Terminal 1, or take the KTM from Pantai Dalam to KL Sentral (6.6 km by road) and change to the KLIA Ekspres.

Forest, parks and the view

The 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi forest reserve runs along the township's boundary, and 2.68 km of pathways run through the township. The urban park inside the township is targeted for completion by the end of 2026. Outside it, Bangsar South Lakeside Park is a 29-minute walk (2.2 km) and Pantai Eco Park a 32-minute walk (2.4 km).

The view depends on height. CO 1, a 14-storey office tower, stands about 32 to 36 m in front of Enlace Suites II and is about as tall as its Level 20, so from Level 23 up the forest view is less likely to be blocked. For example, a home on Level 15 on the side facing CO 1 looks across the gap at the office tower; the same position on Level 25 sits above the office tower's height.

The address improves in steps. A buyer moving in when the tower is completed (March 2030) arrives after the planned shop opening in 2029. The MRT3 station remains a proposal, so plan the commute around the KTM and LRT lines that run today.

Who this location suits, and who it doesn't

Suits

  • Drives to Bangsar South, Mid Valley or KL Sentral: 2.9 to 6.6 km by road.
  • Commutes on the KTM Komuter Tanjung Malim–Port Klang Line: 12 minutes on foot to the station.
  • Wants a forest reserve on the boundary and a park within a half-hour walk.
  • Is buying for 2030 and is happy to wait for the shops to open.

Less suited

  • Wants to walk to an LRT or MRT station today: the nearest LRT is 34 minutes on foot.
  • Needs a mall within walking distance before 2029: the closest is a 28-minute walk.
  • Has children at Garden International or Mont'Kiara International: 11.5 to 12.1 km each way.
  • Wants a forest view on a lower floor: CO 1 in front is about as tall as Level 20, so Level 23 and above is the safer choice.
