What this site is

An independent marketing page for Enlace Suites II at Pantai Sentral Park, published by Yee (REN 46305) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, a licensed Malaysian estate agency.

It is not the developer’s official website. Amona Development Sdn Bhd and IJM Land publish their own at pantaisentralpark.com. Nothing here is issued or approved by them beyond the material they supplied.

Nothing here is an offer

The information on this page is provided to help you decide whether to enquire. It does not form part of any offer or contract, and no statement on it should be relied on as a representation inducing a purchase. The sale and purchase agreement is the only document that governs a transaction.

Figures and imagery

Plans, areas, specifications, facilities and the schedule are the developer’s and may be revised at their discretion. Areas are measured to the centreline of the wall and cannot be used for the sale and purchase agreement without a surveyor’s confirmation. All renderings are artist’s impressions.

Prices are set by the developer and revised from time to time. The figure quoted on this page is the gross price declared in the developer’s approved advertisement and may not be the price available today.

This page links to WhatsApp and to email. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which are not controlled here.
