What this page collects

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your WhatsApp number, and optionally an email address, how many bedrooms you are after, roughly which floors, and any note you add.

Nothing is collected if you do not submit the form. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie and no third-party font or image request — the page loads entirely from its own server.

What it is used for

One thing: so Yee can answer your enquiry about Enlace Suites II. Submitting also opens WhatsApp with your message already written, so you can continue there if you prefer.

Your details are not sold, rented or passed to any third party for their own marketing, and you are not added to any mailing list by submitting the form.

Who handles it

Enquiries are received by Yee at IQI Realty Sdn Bhd at shyanyeews@gmail.com.

Because this site is a set of static files with no server of its own, form submissions pass through FormSubmit, a delivery service that relays the message to the mailbox above and does not use it for anything else. If you would rather nothing passed through a third party at all, email or WhatsApp directly instead — both work and both are on the page.

Where a specific unit proceeds towards a booking, the developer Amona Development Sdn Bhd will need your details to process it. You will be told before that happens.

How long it is kept

For as long as the enquiry is live and while you may still want a reply, and no longer than is useful to you. Ask and it will be deleted.

Your rights

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to shyanyeews@gmail.com and it will be actioned.

Children

This page is intended for adults enquiring about property and is not aimed at children.
